  If you decided to write e-mail for supporting team, please inform about:

  • operating system (Windows version) you're using;

  • version of Internet Explorer installed (or was present);

  • full (including build number) Software version (look in About dialog box);

  • hardware information (CPU speed, amount of RAM etc.);

  • detailed problem description. Please tell what you do as much detailed as possible.

    This will help us to reproduce your problem on our machines.
